WINCHENDON

Having previously worked with this client, we were approached when she was looking for a larger property within the same London area. Before the purchase, we assisted with establishing provisional costs for the complete renovation of this Victorian terraced house, which had stood empty for a couple of years. This provided our client with a clear understanding of the anticipated project budget, broken down across design and professional fees, finished product supply (FF&E), building works and installation.

The extensive refurbishment involved reconfiguring the layout across every floor, alongside the design of a new kitchen, bathrooms and bespoke joinery throughout much of the property. The works also included the refurbishment of the basement, new fireplaces, underfloor heating, air conditioning and MVHR, as well as comprehensive electrical and plumbing upgrades.

It was a pleasure to continue our relationship with a client who has a strong eye for design and a confident approach to colour. Having already developed an understanding of her personal style through the previous property, we were able to guide and refine the final choices, ensuring that each individual space felt distinctive while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout the home.

The finished property is now a beautifully considered family home that brings together character, colour and contemporary comfort.
